I am highly trained in anatomy, physiology, human biomechanics and orthopedic rehabilitation from my years studying and practicing Physical Therapy. I have taught anatomy at the college level.
From my years as a competitive athlete I know firsthand about the desire to be at the top of your game. I understand the importance to be physically fit but also to be able to keep your cool and excel under pressure.
I have two ambitious athletic children who both benefit from Yoga.

I have been fortunate to teach Yoga to the elite youth swimmers at Nexus International School in Singapore. I have also taught Yoga to the successful youth boys Turf City Football Club (TCFC).
These Yoga programs are tailor made for both individual youth athletes and teams.
My classes are playful yet focused. Athletes develop an understanding of the body, breath and mind connection and are encouraged to integrate this knowledge into their sport giving them a competitive edge.
