- Ekhart Tolle
Alaska born, I began teaching Yoga twelve years ago in Shanghai. In 2010 I moved to Singapore where I eventually started my Yoga business, juliskyoga. I have cultivated my personal practice for nearly two decades bringing my mat around the globe from the U.S. to Asia to Europe. My relationship with Yoga is ever evolving and I am fully devoted to living Yoga as a way of life.
Throughout my life I’ve experimented with different forms of movement from standing on my toes as a ballerina to competing on the soccer field. In1993 I proudly received my degree in Physical Therapy. My lifelong journey of movement and soulful exploration ultimately has led me to Yoga.
And it is here I feel most deeply at home.
A passionate and enthusiastic teacher I’m known for my strong alignment based teaching style. I draw from my years as a Physical Therapist as well as my extensive training in Hatha, Yin, Anusara and Vinyasa Flow to offer you a well-rounded experience that is safe and precise while dynamic and fluid.
I truly feel blessed to do what I love and honoured to share my passion for Yoga with you.
*In May,2018 I completed my 300-hour TT certificate under the guidance of Lynn & Sumei at Space & Light studio in Singapore.
My classes are an intelligent and elegant fusion of Form, Flow and Focus. All of my teachings are guided by a steady breath. I am committed to provide you an offering which cultivates enhanced awareness and a deep connection to the mind, body and heart.
Whatever reason may bring you to join me for private sessions, I will bring to the mat my thousands of hours studying yoga and physical therapy and my numerous years teaching yoga. Together we will tailor a program designed just for you.
Whether your child is a footballer frequently injured, a runner who suffers from tight hamstrings or a swimmer experiencing competition stress and anxiety yoga is well suited to improve athletic performance and health.
